Any service requests outside the defined area may be declined at our discretion. Our services include, but are not limited to, handyman services, home renovation, smart home automation, roof waterproofing and heat proofing, property facilitation, rental coordination, and property management support. Services are provided based on availability, inspection, and agreed scope.
Service Requests and Execution
All service requests are subject to confirmation based on feasibility, inspection, and scheduling. LCM Services reserves the right to accept or decline any request without obligation to provide a reason. Service timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We strive to complete services efficiently but do not guarantee completion within a fixed timeframe unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Pricing and Payments
Service charges are communicated before commencement based on the scope of work. Prices may vary if additional work is identified during service execution and will be discussed with the client before proceeding. Payments are to be made as agreed between the client and LCM Services. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of further assistance until dues are cleared.
Property Access and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during service execution. Any delays caused by restricted access, unavailable premises, or unsafe conditions may affect service timelines. Clients must inform LCM Services of any known issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, structural limitations, or other risks before work begins.
Property Sales, Rentals, and Facilitation Disclaimer
LCM Services provides facilitation and coordination support only for properties listed for sale or rent within Lake City Meadows. We are not a real estate broker, developer, or legal authority. All property transactions, agreements, verifications, documentation, and payments are handled directly between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities. LCM Services does not guarantee availability, pricing, or legal validity of any property.
Property Management Services Disclaimer
Property management services provided by LCM Services are limited to coordination, oversight, and local support as agreed. We do not assume legal responsibility for tenancy agreements, disputes, or financial transactions between property owners and tenants.
Limitations of Liability
LCM Services shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or third-party involvement. Liability, if any, is limited to the scope of the service provided and the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or problems arising from previous work done by other parties.
Service Outcomes and Maintenance
Service outcomes depend on existing conditions, material quality, usage, and maintenance. LCM Services does not provide lifetime guarantees unless explicitly stated in writing. Routine maintenance remains the responsibility of the property owner or resident.
